Al-Shouna Municipality Launches National Foliage and Greening Campaign with Officials and Volunteers

The Al-Shouna Municipality today, on Thursday, carried out a foliage campaign as part of the National Campaign for Foliage and Greening, with the participation of the municipality cadres and a number of officials and volunteers.

The campaign was sponsored by the compassion of the acting General of Al-Shouna, Dr. Saqr Al-Darou, and in the presence of the Chairman of the Committee of the Central Shouna Municipality under the agency of Engineer Raeda Al-Oran, and in cooperation with the Directorate of Agriculture, Directorate of Works, Directorate of Youth, and the Directorate of Education and Education.

The campaign included planting a number of trees in different areas of the municipality, aiming to improve the environment, increase the green patch and promote volunteer work.
