Al-Shouna Middle Municipality reminds brothers citizens of the exemptions and discounts prescribed on the benefits of financial municipalities, which include:

100% total exemptions on all penalties from previous years for both my tax caps and acquaintances.

25% partial discounts on inspection fees and returns, road favors, and tenants for municipal owned properties.

Partial rebates of 20% from both roofed and knowledge taxes, and sewer contribution.

Raising the incentive discount to 10% for those paying roof tax within the first two months of 2026.
